Who I Help
I help outsiders, misfits, and rebels root into authentic belonging, heal old wounds, and create lives aligned with their truth.
Because when we reclaim our medicine, it becomes our weapon — not to harm, but to dismantle the old stories that kept us small, and to seed a new world of freedom, wholeness, and self-sovereignty.
Healing is a revolutionary act, and I’m here to help you reclaim your voice and your life. I specialize in working with women navigating the complexities of trauma, including abusive dynamics, family system struggles and histories of sexual abuse/trauma. I am passionate about creating a safe, empowering space for all women—including those in the LGBTQ+ community, Black women, Indigenous women, and women of color—by embracing an ongoing commitment to multicultural competence and decolonization in my practice.
🌟 Why Me
Because I’ve lived the outsider path too — and I know that the place you never fit in becomes the soil where your truest self takes root.
My work blends therapy, spirituality, and lived experience to guide others in transforming alienation into empowerment.
I work with those who’ve always felt on the outside — the ones too sensitive, too different, too much, or too rebellious for the boxes they were handed.
My mission is to help you root into belonging without conformity, so you can reclaim your medicine — your voice, your freedom, your truth.
Because our medicine is our weapon. It’s how we dismantle the old stories of shame and silence, and how we midwife the new — lives, relationships, and communities built on authenticity, sovereignty, and soul.
How I Work
Drawing from trauma-informed approaches, I integrate family systems theory, CBT, brainspotting, and liberation psychology to address not only the individual but also the broader social and systemic challenges that contribute to suffering. Liberation psychology informs my work by focusing on dismantling oppressive structures, supporting resilience, and helping you connect with your inner wisdom to live authentically and unapologetically.
I honor the resilience you carry and work collaboratively to address your unique needs. Whether you feel stuck in the pain of the past or the weight of the present, we’ll work together to break harmful cycles and create a path toward healing, growth, and freedom.

fees & payment
i am currently at capacity for insurance, medicaid and sliding scale clients, with limited availability for private pay.
As a client, I know how important cost is to figure out if a therapist is right for you. Currently, my rates are $200 per 50-minute session.
I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and HSA/FSA accounts. A portion of private practice revenue sponsors therapy for women who couldn’t otherwise afford support.
I believe mental health support should be accessible across socioeconomic backgrounds.
My practice reflects this commitment:
I serve a spectrum of clients through insurance, Medicaid, sliding scale, and private pay.
While I don’t accept insurance directly in my private practice, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and HSA/FSA submission.
A portion of my private practice revenue funds deeply discounted therapy for women from marginalized communities.
Sustainable pricing allows me to stay in this work long-term and create more access, not less.
I apply harm reduction principles to my business model
High rate private clients fund sliding scale and group slots
Insurance + cash pay = spectrum of accessibility
Sustainable pricing = staying in the field long-term
Groups + courses = affordable options
Charging for cash pay slots is how I create MORE access
